── Renewable Energy & Energy Storage

Aluminum systems
for cleaner energy.

BAOSONG manufactures structural, thermal and protective aluminum components for battery energy storage, solar installations and power-conversion equipment—from custom profiles and precision-machined parts to finished frames and assemblies.

──  Manufacturing for energy infrastructure

Long service life starts
with the right aluminum route.

Energy-storage and renewable-energy equipment must balance structural load, thermal performance, outdoor exposure, sealing interfaces and installation efficiency. Those requirements affect alloy, profile geometry, machining datums, joints and surface treatment.

We connect extrusion, CNC machining, metal fabrication, finishing and assembly support around the finished system—not around a single isolated process.

──  High-value aluminum product focus

Core components for
energy systems.

Product families selected around meaningful manufacturing value: integrated profiles, controlled interfaces, thermal performance, corrosion-aware finishes and assembly-ready delivery.

──  Engineering and production planning

Designed around
the operating environment.

We review the component as part of the complete energy system, including structural loading, heat flow, outdoor exposure, sealing interfaces, service access and the production pathway.

Profile and material review
Balance strength, thermal conductivity, corrosion exposure, joining and finish requirements.

Interface-driven manufacturing
Control mounting datums, gasket lands, port geometry, flatness and assembly-critical relationships.

Production and verification planning
Align tooling, fixtures, inspections and documentation with prototype and repeat-production needs.

──  Material selection

Choose the alloy by
function—not habit.

Final selection is confirmed against the drawing, loads, joining method, environment, thermal target and finish specification.

6063 series

Profiles & heat sinks

Well suited to extruded sections, thermal fins and architectural-quality anodized surfaces where profile complexity and finish matter.

6061 series

Machined structures

A common choice for higher-load brackets, structural interfaces, trays and precision-machined components.

5052 series

Formed enclosures

Frequently considered for sheet-metal cabinets, covers and housings that require forming and corrosion resistance.

Project-specific

Special requirements

Alternative alloys, tempers and finishes are reviewed when conductivity, strength, weldability or exposure conditions demand them.

── FAQ

Questions before
production starts.

Which aluminum alloy is best for an energy-storage enclosure?

There is no single default. 6063 is often considered for extruded profiles and heat sinks, 6061 for machined or higher-load structural parts, and 5052 for formed sheet enclosures. We review load, thermal, joining, corrosion and finish requirements before recommending a route.

Yes. We can review flow-path geometry, machining access, cover strategy, port interfaces, flatness, sealing requirements and the inspection plan before production.

BAOSONG can coordinate profile production, CNC machining, fabrication, surface finishing and defined assembly work to deliver subframes, cabinet structures and modules prepared for the next integration stage.

Send drawings or 3D models, critical loads and interfaces, environmental and sealing targets, thermal requirements, material and finish preferences, quantities and required inspection documentation.
