Charging-station housings, power-module heat sinks, cable-management structures, panels and serviceable equipment frames.
── Automotive & Electric Vehicles
BAOSONG manufactures aluminum battery, e-powertrain, charging and structural components where weight, heat, corrosion exposure, integration and repeatable production all matter.
── Manufacturing for EV systems
Electrified vehicles bring battery protection, heat transfer, high-voltage equipment, charging interfaces and lightweight structure into the same program. The right aluminum component balances functional performance with manufacturability at production scale.
We combine custom extrusion, CNC machining, die casting, fabrication, surface finishing and defined assembly work around the requirements of the finished vehicle or charging system.
── Core EV manufacturing deliverables
We focus on parts where custom aluminum geometry, controlled interfaces and integrated production support can reduce component count and simplify system assembly.
01
Tray members, perimeter frames, covers, rails, module supports, mounting points and protective structural components.
02
Motor housings, end covers, inverter enclosures, heat sinks, thermal bases and cooling-interface components.
03
Charging-station housings, power-module heat sinks, cable-management structures, panels and serviceable equipment frames.
04
Cross members, brackets, mounting frames, supports and precision interfaces manufactured to approved vehicle requirements.
── Lightweighting strategy
Lightweighting is not simply a material substitution. It is a system decision that connects profile geometry, load path, thermal performance, joining, corrosion protection and assembly efficiency.
01
BATTERY SYSTEMS
Frame span, payload, center of gravity, dynamic loads and allowable deflection guide section and joint selection.
02
E-POWERTRAIN
Machined mounting faces, hole patterns, rail supports and equipment datums are controlled around assembly function.
03
CHARGING SYSTEMS
Doors, guards, panels, cable paths, maintenance zones and changeover access are built into the structure plan.
6063 SERIES
Often considered for custom extrusions, cooling fins, enclosure members and profile-driven assemblies where geometry and finish are important.
6061 SERIES
Frequently considered for stronger brackets, tray structures, frames, machined interfaces and components with more demanding structural requirements.
7075 SERIES
May be considered for certain high-strength precision components when fatigue, corrosion, joining and OEM validation requirements support its use.
Vehicle safety note: Crash- and safety-critical parts require OEM-approved material, temper, joining route, corrosion protection, validation criteria and process controls. No alloy should be selected from a generic category alone.
── Aluminum across the EV platform
BAOSONG supports drawing-controlled aluminum hardware from vehicle structures through thermal and electronic systems. Each product family is reviewed against the actual load case, environment, interface and validation plan.

── FAQ
BAOSONG supports battery enclosures and tray components, cooling and heat-spreading parts, e-motor and inverter housings, charging equipment enclosures, rails, brackets, covers and other drawing-controlled structural hardware.
Selection depends on profile geometry, load, crash strategy, corrosion exposure, joining method, thermal target, finish and OEM validation. 6063 may be considered for extruded profiles, 6061 for stronger machined or loaded components, and 7075 only for specifically qualified high-strength precision parts.
We can manufacture cooling bodies, covers, ports, thermal interfaces and supporting structures. Joining, cleanliness, pressure and leak-test requirements must be defined and qualified for the specific coolant and reliability plan before complete-assembly capability is confirmed.
