── Architecture & Construction

Aluminum systems
that shape buildings.

BAOSONG manufactures custom aluminum profiles, structural hardware, façade components and finished sections for construction projects—bringing profile development, machining, fabrication and surface finishing into one coordinated supply route.

──  MManufacturing for built environments

Architecture begins
with accurate interfaces.

In a building system, a profile must do more than look right. It may carry glass, drain water, receive gaskets, manage thermal breaks, locate fasteners, support panels or create a continuous finished line.

We align profile geometry, alloy, fabrication, visible finish, packing and installation interfaces around the system that will be assembled on site.

──  High-value aluminum product focus

Profiles and hardware
for the built world.

Product families selected for the engineering and visual requirements of contemporary building systems: controlled geometry, robust interfaces, durable finishes and installation-ready delivery.

──  Design and production planning

From section drawing
to installed system.

We evaluate the profile and associated hardware as part of the complete assembly: glass or panel interfaces, drainage, fixing strategy, visible finish, cut lengths, packing, on-site sequence and production scale.

Profile and interface review
Review walls, hollows, radii, fastener features, gasket lands, drainage and downstream machining access before tooling release.

Finish and appearance control
Align alloy, surface preparation, anodizing or coating requirement, visible face protection and approved color or texture standards.

Installation-aware supply planning
Plan cut, drill, machining, fabrication, labelling and packing around the way components are received and assembled on site.

──  Material and finish route

Choose by system,
finish and function.

Final material, temper, surface treatment and structural validation are governed by the project drawing, code requirements, exposure conditions and the system designer’s specification.

6063 series

Architectural profiles

Commonly considered for many extruded window, door, façade and visible profile systems where shape detail and surface quality are important.

6061 series

Structural interfaces

Often evaluated for machined brackets, connections and higher-load structural components where the approved design requires its properties.

5052 series

Formed panels & covers

Frequently considered for formed sheet components, decorative panels and protective covers where formability and corrosion resistance matter.

Project-specific

Finish & weathering

Anodizing, powder coating, fluoropolymer coating, sealing, color and weathering requirements are confirmed against the customer’s approved specification.

── FAQ

Questions before
production starts.

Which alloy is commonly used for architectural aluminum profiles?

6063 is commonly considered for many architectural profiles because it supports complex extrusion shapes and finished surfaces. Structural and project-specific components may require different alloys, tempers, calculations and approvals. The project specification controls final selection.

We can coordinate profile production, CNC machining, fabrication, anodizing, powder coating and defined assembly work. The scope is confirmed against the drawings, finish standard, installation interfaces and required project documentation.

We agree the visible faces, alloy, finish process, color or texture standard, protective handling and packaging requirement before production. Approved samples and the project’s acceptance criteria guide final inspection.

Send profile drawings or 3D models, wall thickness, alloy and temper requirements, finish and color standard, critical interfaces, quantities, packing requirements, installation context and applicable project standards.
