── Aluminum extrusion / secondary operation
BAOSONG CNC-machines aluminum extrusions after production—adding accurate lengths, holes, threads, slots, end features and assembly interfaces that turn a profile into a ready-to-install component.
── A child service of aluminum extrusion
This is not a general aluminum-machining offer. It is the post-extrusion operation that makes an aluminum profile fit its product: cut length, hole pattern, thread, pocket, connector opening or precision end condition.
We plan locating, clamping and operation sequence around the actual extruded profile, its straightness, visible surfaces and the interfaces it must meet in final assembly.
── Post-extrusion capabilities
These controlled secondary operations add the exact features an extruded profile cannot deliver on its own.
01
Square, repeatable profiles and machined ends for caps, joints and assemblies.
02
Holes, threads and locating features placed for the actual assembly sequence.
03
Connector cutouts, access windows, clearance slots and local functional features.
04
Controlled support and datum strategy for thin walls, channels and visible surfaces.

01 / FINISHED MACHINED EXTRUSION
Use: completed profile installed in its product assembly
02 / MACHINED END OR FASTENER PATTERN
cut face, drilling, tapping or end-machining detail
03 / PROFILE FIXTURE OR CROSS-SECTION
clamping method, profile section or protected surface detail
04 / ASSEMBLY INTERFACE CHECK
Use: gauge, mating hardware or final interface verification
── Extrusion-aware machining
Good machining of aluminum extrusions starts with the section itself: how it is supported, where it is referenced and which surfaces must stay clean, straight and visually consistent.
Profile review
Identify walls, channels and features that need support during machining.
Datum strategy
Reference consistent profile features to protect hole position and interface relationships.
Burr and finish control
Plan tool exits and handling for clean edges and finish-ready surfaces.

── Aluminum extrusion machining FAQ
We support cut-to-length, end machining, drilling, tapping, slotting, pockets, openings and controlled mounting interfaces.
We review wall thickness and profile shape, then use profile-specific support, clamping and datum selection to stabilize the part during each operation.
We plan the production sequence around the specified finish. Most critical machining is completed before finishing; protected post-finish operations can be evaluated when needed.
