Which CNC operations can be added to aluminum extrusions?

We support cut-to-length, end machining, drilling, tapping, slotting, pockets, openings and controlled mounting interfaces.

We review wall thickness and profile shape, then use profile-specific support, clamping and datum selection to stabilize the part during each operation.

We plan the production sequence around the specified finish. Most critical machining is completed before finishing; protected post-finish operations can be evaluated when needed.
