── Medical Equipment

Precision structures
for trusted equipment.

BAOSONG manufactures aluminum frames, enclosures, thermal components and precision interfaces for diagnostic, laboratory, treatment and rehabilitation equipment—built around the drawing, inspection plan and documentation needs of the program.

──  Manufacturing for medical equipment

Reliable equipment begins
with controlled interfaces.

Medical equipment structures often combine critical mounting geometry, controlled appearance, thermal management, repeated cleaning and long product lifecycles. A successful manufacturing plan must address all of those requirements together.

We coordinate extrusion, CNC machining, fabrication, surface finishing and defined assembly work with inspection and recordkeeping requirements agreed before production.

──  High-value aluminum product focus

Core hardware for
medical equipment.

Manufacturing value comes from stable geometry, refined exterior surfaces, integrated features, repeatable assembly and documentation matched to the equipment program.

──  Quality planning

Requirements translated
into production controls.

Before release, we identify the dimensions, surfaces, records and handling steps that matter to equipment performance and supplier qualification.

Drawing and revision control
Align approved models, drawings, specifications and engineering changes with the production route.

Critical-feature verification
Plan measurement around mounting geometry, flatness, hole position, fits and assembly-critical datums.

Material and process records
Define certificates, lot identification, inspection reports and finish records required by the customer.

──  Surface and cosmetic control

Finish matched to
the equipment environment.

Cleaning chemistry, wear, color, gloss, conductivity, masking and cosmetic acceptance criteria should be defined before the finishing route is approved.

Anodizing

Durable aluminum surfaces

Type, color, sealing method, thickness and exposure requirements are reviewed against the customer specification.

Powder coating

Color and exterior protection

Coating system, pretreatment, gloss, texture and masked interfaces are established for the application.

Brushing & polishing

Controlled cosmetic appearance

Grain direction, reflectivity, edge condition and appearance limits can be defined with approved samples.

As-machined

Functional internal surfaces

Machining marks, burr control, cleaning and protective packaging are specified around the part function.

Qualification note:   BAOSONG does not infer “medical-grade” status from a finish name alone. Required standards, chemical exposure tests, certificates and acceptance limits must be defined and validated for the specific equipment program.

── FAQ

Questions before
production starts.

Does BAOSONG manufacture implantable medical devices?

This page covers aluminum components for non-implantable medical equipment. Device classification, regulatory approval and final-system validation remain the responsibility of the equipment manufacturer and must be defined during supplier qualification.

Depending on the agreed quality plan, records may include material certificates, lot identification, dimensional inspection reports, first-article records, finish samples and controlled packaging instructions.

Cleaning-agent compatibility must be defined by the customer. We can coordinate finish samples and agreed test requirements, but suitability should be approved against the actual chemistry, concentration, contact time and cleaning method.

Provide controlled drawings or 3D models, material and finish specifications, critical dimensions, cosmetic zones, cleaning or environmental exposure requirements, quantities, documentation needs and packaging expectations.
