── Aerospace

Precision hardware
for demanding flight systems.

BAOSONG reviews customer-defined aluminum components for aerospace platforms, equipment and ground-support applications—aligning material documentation, controlled interfaces, machining strategy, finishing and inspection planning before production begins.

──  Manufacturing for controlled programs

When the drawing carries
the full requirement.

Aerospace hardware is defined by more than dimensional fit. Material condition, revision control, traceability, critical features, surface treatment, inspection evidence and handling can all be part of the deliverable.

We begin with the approved requirement package and confirm a production route appropriate to BAOSONG’s agreed scope—without assuming certification, qualification or special-process approval that has not been established for the program.

──  Aerospace aluminum product focus

Parts where control
is built into the route.

High-value aluminum hardware selected around controlled geometry, documented material condition, repeatable interfaces and the quality records required by the customer program.

STRUCTURAL & AIRFRAME HARDWARE

Lightweight geometry.
Defined load paths.

Precision-machined structural members
Customer-designed ribs, frames, brackets, stiffeners, fittings and interface parts produced to controlled drawings.

Wing, fuselage and control-surface interfaces
Machined connection hardware, profile sections and support components where positional relationships are specified.

Structural repair and replacement hardware
Build-to-print aluminum parts for approved maintenance or retrofit programs, subject to customer release requirements.

AVIONICS & EQUIPMENT HARDWARE

Protection, access
and thermal control.

Avionics chassis and equipment housings
Aluminum boxes, trays, panels and machined enclosures designed around mounting, access, cooling and connector interfaces.

Instrument, sensor and antenna supports
Precision brackets, mounts and adapter plates developed around defined datums and installed equipment geometry.

Thermal baseplates and heat-spreading parts
Machined or profile-based aluminum structures for customer-defined thermal and equipment integration requirements.

GROUND SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE

Reliable tools.
Practical handling.

Maintenance fixtures and inspection tooling
Aluminum jigs, workholding fixtures, reference plates and support frames for maintenance and production operations.

Ground-support structures
Lightweight frames, platforms, equipment supports and handling hardware manufactured around safe-use and load requirements.

Test-rig interfaces and equipment brackets
Machined adapters, structural plates and mounting members for controlled test and service environments.

PROGRAM DOCUMENTATION

Trace the part.
Protect the release.

Material certification control
Material certificates and condition records are managed when specified in the purchase order and within the approved supply route.

Inspection and revision records
Defined inspection evidence, revision status and dimensional records can be planned around the customer’s documentation package.

Special requirements review
Finishes, heat treatment, NDT, source restrictions and customer approvals are assessed before acceptance, not assumed after order release.

──  Engineering and quality planning

Start with the
controlled requirement.

The manufacturing route is established from the released drawing and purchase requirements: material specification, part revision, critical characteristics, finish, handling, inspection and the records expected at delivery.

Requirement and scope review
Confirm what BAOSONG can manufacture, inspect, document and coordinate before a program is accepted.

Datum and process planning
Plan workholding, machining access, inspection strategy and finishing around the features that control installed function.

Traceability-aware delivery
Align identification, certificates, inspection records and packaging with the approved order requirements.

──  Material and compliance review

Use the alloy named
by the program.

Material selection and processing are governed by the released specification. The categories below describe common evaluation routes—not default substitutions for an aerospace drawing.

6063 series

General structures & housings

Often considered for equipment structures, ground-support hardware and machined housings when specified strength and corrosion requirements permit.

2024 / 2xxx series

Strength-focused parts

May be specified for certain aircraft structural applications. Procurement, temper, corrosion protection and certification requirements must be controlled by the program.

7075 / 7xxx series

High-strength hardware

May be called out for high-strength interfaces and structural parts where the approved drawing and material specification define the required condition.

Program-specific

Approved supply route

Source restrictions, material certs, heat treatment, special processes and inspection requirements are confirmed before quotation and release.

Aerospace-case-program

Approved equipment installation, maintenance fixture or ground-support application

── From released drawing to controlled delivery

Precision with
the records behind it.

BAOSONG aligns the part, its process plan and its agreed delivery documentation so approved aerospace hardware reaches the next stage of assembly, maintenance or test with clear production accountability.

── FAQ

Questions before
production starts.

Can BAOSONG manufacture aerospace aluminum components?

We can review aerospace-related RFQs for components within our agreed manufacturing scope. Production is released only after material, process, inspection, traceability and customer-approval requirements have been mutually confirmed.

The approved drawing and program specification control alloy selection. 6061 may be used for appropriate general structures and housings, while 2024, 7050, 7075 and other aerospace alloys can be specified for particular strength or fatigue requirements.

Required records are defined at quotation and order review. We confirm which material certificates, inspection reports, identification controls and process documentation can be supplied through the approved manufacturing route.

Send controlled drawings or models, material and temper specifications, critical features, finish and special-process requirements, required certificates, traceability expectations, inspection records, packaging and quantity information.
